The Distinguished Service from Asiacell
Effective: July 15, 2025 - January 1, 2027

All subscribers to The Distinguished service from Asiacell acknowledge their full understanding of the Terms and Conditions below and their complete agreement thereto with Asiacell, when sending an SMS to 2296 or 2294.
As mentioned above, the subscriber fully agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the service and their full understanding thereof, especially the following points related to the service from Asiacell:
- Consent to receive SMS messages from Asiacell or from the company providing the service working with Asiacell.
- Consent to grant Asiacell the right to cancel or modify the service terms based on directives or instructions issued by the Media and Communications Commission or any official authority concerned with the service. Changes will be published on www.asiacell.com.
- The subscriber has the right to continue participating in the service or not.
- Asiacell reserves the right to extend, cancel, or modify any service at any time.
- The Terms remain in effect throughout the service period (temporary service suspension for operational or other reasons is not taken into consideration).
- Asiacell reserves the right to suspend and exclude any subscriber from completing the service or receiving a certificate in case of non-compliance with service terms or engaging in any illegal, illegitimate, or other improper conduct, as participation is through the Asiacell network only.
Who Cannot Participate in the Service
- Asiacell subscribers who work for entities that organize the service with Asiacell, provided they are persons who work on implementing the service either directly or indirectly.
- Those under 18 years of age.
- All Asiacell employees.
Withdrawal from the Service and Obtaining Points Information
Every subscriber can withdraw from the service and cancel the subscription by sending the number "0" via a free SMS to 2296 or 2294.
- If "5" is sent for Arabic or "9" for Kurdish to 2296 or 2294, it will be considered a new participation.
- Information about the number of points obtained by subscribers during the service is sent by sending the letter (p) or (n) via a free SMS for all languages to 2296. To know the recorded points, the subscriber can receive SMS messages automatically.
How to Participate in the Service
To subscribe to the service, the subscriber must send "5" via a free SMS for Arabic or "9" for Kurdish to 2296 or 2294.
Upon entering the service, the subscriber will receive 3 free subscription days, then receive a welcome message with 100 points.
After the free period ends, the daily subscription cost is 300 dinars. You will receive a message via short code 2296 informing you of the subscription and deduction cost, where subscription and deduction are daily. The user then receives 300 points daily and 3 games, where the subscriber can play through the link:

If the participant does not have sufficient balance to renew their subscription:
- A mini renewal is deducted for the daily subscription at 100 dinars from number 2298, including 100 points related to the daily subscription.
- If the participant does not have sufficient balance, a mini renewal is deducted for the daily subscription at 200 dinars from number 2295, including 200 points related to the daily subscription. The daily subscription fee is calculated upon receiving the full amount (300 dinars).
Additional Games Package:
The subscriber can purchase an additional games package of 3 games by sending "Play" or "Go" or "یاری" to 2297 at a cost of 1200 Iraqi dinars per package (you will receive a message telling you the price of 3 automatic daily games as a package).

Certificates and Points Mechanism
Every participant will be registered throughout the service period, which starts from the first day of the service until the last day, and the time and order of certificates for the service.
Announcement of Winners:
The names of The Distinguished are announced in newspapers and social media sites. Asiacell publishes names in service-related materials and the company website www.asiacell.com for marketing purposes.
Publication Consent:
Through participation in the service, the subscriber has consented to publishing their name and to Asiacell's use of their photos and/or voices in any media for an unlimited period of time and worldwide as mentioned above.
Certificate Restrictions:
The same number (MSISDN) or subscriber cannot obtain the same type of certificate (monthly certificate) more than once during each phase of the service.
Subscriber with Highest Points Balance:
Each month, the subscriber with the highest points balance will receive a printed certificate from "The Distinguished".
Mechanism for Determining the Monthly Certificate Recipient:
The subscriber entitled to the monthly certificate is determined based on a mechanism that relies on the highest points balance calculated at the end of each month, where the participant's accumulated points are calculated from the beginning of the specified month until the last day thereof (at 23:59:59). The subscriber is included in the evaluation process if they collected at least one point during the specified period, whether they obtained those points during the free days or after the free period ends (the first three subscription days). If the subscriber is still within the three free days period, they will be included in the monthly evaluation as long as they obtained points during this period.
Points Carryover:
Accumulated points cannot be carried over to the following month.

Certificate Delivery
All The Distinguished winners will be contacted by Asiacell through the subscriber service center.
The names of The Distinguished are announced on the company's website for a period of not less than one month from the end of the service, in addition to contact and sending an SMS.
All certificates will be delivered within 30 days from the date of contact.
Receipt Procedures:
Contact will be made to the line through which they subscribed by Asiacell, and Asiacell must be provided with service participation contracts and all other required documents. An agent can receive the certificate based on a general power of attorney authenticated by a notary including the right to receive, with delivery of all required documents.
In Case of Death:
In case of the subscriber's death, the certificate will be delivered to their heirs in accordance with applicable laws and final judicial decisions. The heirs must submit the required documents and decisions in this regard and comply with all terms and conditions of this service.
SIM Card Ownership:
The SIM card owner must be registered to a real person's name. If registered to a company or any official, semi-official, or organizational entity, the SIM card user is required to provide our company with a confirmation letter from that entity to receive the certificate with the SIM card available, otherwise the right to claim the certificate from any other party is forfeited.
Advertisement Consent:
Through subscription to the service, Asiacell has the right to announce the names of The Distinguished or their titles or photos, which can be used by Asiacell for advertising purposes. Subscribers who have obtained a "The Distinguished" service certificate will sign consent to announce their full name, title, and publish their photo as one of The Distinguished in all media, as mentioned in these Terms and subscription.
Contact Attempts:
According to the contexts set by the Media and Communications Commission, after selecting The Distinguished subscriber, contact attempts will be made for 3 days as mentioned above, and SMS messages will be sent to subscribers. If the subscriber answers, they are granted 30 days from the date of receiving the first message to respond and receive the certificate.
Forfeiture of Rights:
If contact with the subscriber cannot be made during the indicated periods due to non-response or the line being closed, or if the certificate is not received during the indicated period due to refusal or non-attendance, the subscriber's right to obtain the certificate is automatically forfeited without the need for their consent. The company has the right to replace the subscriber after exceeding the mentioned period, and they may not approach the company or any entity to claim the certificate in any form, as non-response, refusal to obtain the certificate, or non-receipt is considered a final waiver by the subscriber under the service terms.
Other Cases:
This condition applies to all cases where the subscriber is not entitled to receive the certificate under the Terms, including but not limited to: failure to submit the required documents, ineligibility to participate in the service, or other cases mentioned in the Terms.
Nature of Certificates:
Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable, and the subscriber accepts them as is without any warranty from Asiacell.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Participation in the service is at the subscriber's own responsibility and by their full desire.
Asiacell or any of its directors, employees, agents, or suppliers shall not bear any responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any subscriber as a result of participation in the service or as a result of accepting the certificate.
Asiacell is not responsible for any problems or malfunctions in any network, telephone lines, any computer systems, servers, service providers, computer devices, or software malfunctions in any email service on the Internet, any website on the Internet, telephone lines, or Internet traffic congestion, or any technical problems or any of the above occurring on the web or mobile phone.
Including any harm or damage to the subscriber's computer or phone or any other person related to participation in the service resulting therefrom or from downloading any service software materials.
Complaints
By entering the service, the subscriber agrees not to raise any claims related to losses or injuries (including special, consequential, and indirect losses) or damages or rights or claims or actions of any kind against Asiacell or its affiliated companies or their directors or officers or employees or agents due to any losses resulting from and all of the above in the service or benefiting from any components or features provided, including but not limited to personal injuries, death, and property losses.
In case of any dispute, the subscriber can submit their complaints to Asiacell. Complaints are resolved as soon as possible and the subscriber is informed of the results. The subscriber has the right to submit complaints regarding the service to the Media and Communications Commission.
In case of any discrepancy between versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail in interpretation under the law.
